No Longer Backed Up
“My reason for calling out Prime Plumbing was that my toilets wouldn't flush and the sinks/showers, etc would not drain. I contract with a home warranty company and they sent my service request to Prime. I was immediately impressed when I called and actually got to speak with person in charge!!!! (this has never happened before with any other trade),,If I had to rate the service from 1 to 5, I would give Prime Plumbing a 10. I had an unusual situation, when Chad pulled up to do the work, my spouse fell ill. Chad helped my husband, stayed until help arrived, spoke to the paramedics and then continued to do his work regarding my plumbing situation.,,Chad realized I was stressed and with minimal interaction from me, made sure me and my families issues were taken care of.,,Not only does Prime Plumbing know how to solve the problem, but they are caring people.,,If you have a choice - do not use anyone but PRIME PLUMBING,,,,“

Dripping Faucet
“I want to thank you for sending your technician, Chad, to our home last Friday to troubleshoot a persistant slow-dripping bathroom faucet. leaky faucet
“I had a leaky bathroom faucet that I really couldn't ignore any longer. After confirming that it was not an emergency, my technician came out the next day. The faucet was quickly fixed; the technician was friendly and obviously an expert. I would gladly use Prime again.“

“have used your man 2 times this year, work to the highest level, did want we needed and only .. did not try to sale us anything extra!!!! even cleaned up after he was done.. this kind of service is hard to come by anymore, even in il.. as a winter bird, i will tell all friends about the fine service you offer at PRIME PLUMBING INC.“

Plumbing
“We have recently had to have some plumbing done here in central Fl. After dealing with three different companies we finally decided to try Prime Plumbing Inc. They came immediately for an estimate, finished the entire job and stayed within the estimate, conducted themselves with courtesy, friendliness, and did an excellent job cleaning up when the job was finished. We were completely satisified with their work and it was all done in a professional way. I would certainly use them again myself and would highly recommend them.“

Fixed Finally!
“I have been struggling with this problem in my drain line for a long time now, clogs and sewage in my house. Everytime I called out a plumber I spent several hundred to clear it and never did. The money was lost that I put out fix it. I called these guys this most recent time. They cleared it, the charge for the clearing was typical. They offered to fix it so I wouldn’t have to call them back for the same thing. They ran a camera down it, had video of the problem, found roots and a belly. We ended up with a big project on my wallet but in the long run this saved me a lot more money. I now am able to relax and not worry about the sewage anymore. Thanks Prime Plumbing!!”

Real PLUMBERS
“Great experience… from someone who has done plumbing work. They showed up on time. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. I have done home renovations before, but I decided to call them in to deal with the cast iron sewer pipe. I called 2 other plumbing companies before this one and they told me they don’t work with cast iron pipe? I ended up having them do additional work and was very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use them again if something else came up that I didn’t want to or couldn’t handle.”

Pleased and thankful Single Mom
“I had a panic attack when I came home after work with my kids to our new home and the water heater was not working and got all my boxes in the garage wet! Prime Plumbing was to the rescue for me!
